Situation
Hemp became legal.
In order for farmers to grow, a system needed to be in place by planting season.
Following a pilot, our client had less than a year to develop a process to manage crop growth.
Task
Create a full lifecycle Salesforce solution for specialized agricultural license issuance and management, share data between three federal agencies, and track compliance.

Designed eight comprehensive prototypes with unique flows, and usability tested them to ensure they met users' needs. This included collaborating with developers to ensure feasibility.
