Situation
For years, educators had asked to connect and share lessons
The client wanted to serve this need and elevate learning opportunities in classrooms across America.
TASK
Create a community of practice where likeminded educators could collaborate and share lesson plans, attend events, and access exclusive content and resources. A pilot site was requested within six weeks.

Prototyping & Configuration
Using Salesforce's out of the box features, our team stood up a pilot site within six weeks. I ran five collaborative feedback sessions with the community to determine what features would encourage return visits and provide productive content. As a result of these sessions, our team created a custom "collections" feature to allow educators to curate lesson plans, and I established a badge system to gamify site accomplishments.
